I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the heart of the city. The location was excellent, right in the center and within walking distance to all the tourist spots, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I also appreciated the compliments and little touches left by the host, which made me feel very welcome. Additionally, the apartment had great transportation options, with a bus stop right outside the building and a metro station nearby. it was a perfect location with excellent cleanliness and transportation facilities.
Nothing, all excellent.

Great location in the heart of the city, with complimentary Wi-Fi and helpful staff. Plus, the joy of maneuvering through narrow parking spaces adds excitement to the stay.
Just a small inconvenience of the bedroom door letting in light, which made it tricky for my friend who enjoys sleeping with the lights on.

Zefnea House is perfectly situated in the heart of Catania, just off the bustling Via Etnea. The apartment itself is spacious and has a homey feeling, making it the perfect place for a family stay. The host, Pippo, and his family were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with all the necessary details for our stay. The apartment comfortably slept our large family and had all the facilities needed for a self-catering stay. We especially loved the nice bathroom and the convenience of having a bus stop right outside the building, making it easy to explore the city and even catch the airport bus.
In my wife's opinion, the apartment was a bit humid and had a specific smell. , the air conditioning didn't work well on heating, which would have made our stay more comfortable during our visit in February.

the place was super clean and tidy - with all the facilities we needed. It is located right in the heart of town - with cafes - stores - parks, and churches just steps away. The hostess - Giulio - was amazing - picking us up despite our delayed flight and going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.
Do recommend.

The apartment had a homey feel and was very clean. It comfortably slept five adults and had adequate facilities for a self-catering stay. The location was fantastic, just off the main shopping street and in the heart of the historic district. The bus stop right outside the building made it convenient for exploring the city and catching the airport bus.
The shower and bathroom had some issues, with rust and an unpleasant smell. The apartment felt a bit cluttered with too much furniture, making it hard for five adults to move around comfortably.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, with shops and a market nearby, and even a view of Mount Etna from the street. The host at Zefnea House was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home.
The breakfast offerings could have been better, maybe a bit more variety and options would have been nice.
